- He has pursued advanced education in Human Rights at Universidad Austral, Buenos Aires, Argentina and in International Law at Centro de Estudos em Direito e Negócios, Belo Horizonte, Brazil.
Teaching activities:
Non-tenured professor of International Law at the Centro de Investigaciones Docentes y Económicas (CIDE).
Formerly, he taught International Law, International Human Rights Law, and Law of International Organizations at Universidad Iberoamericana (Mexico City campus) Universidad Panamericana (Guadalajara campus), and Universidad Metropolitana (Caracas, Venezuela).
